De igual forma te recomiendo seguir insistiendo con tu compañía de seguros y en un momento dado puedes denunciar en la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor a esta empresa y exponer el problema que tienes. De todos modos sigue insistiendo con tu aseguradora.
